Birthday Boy
He's trying to decide whether to share some of the Apple Pie with caramel-walnut topping :) We had just finished a Sunday dinner of Beef Stew, Green Beans, French Bread, and an Italian red wine from Montepulciano d'Abruzzo.
Church was as always refreshing, yet convicting. JCM has returned to his series on Luke and we are in chapter 22. Today's verses were 39-46 where Jesus prays in the Garden of Gesthemane. These moments with the Savior are so intimate that I felt just a little embarassed to *overhear* him talking to his Father. In our service a choir member sang a solo anthem entitled Gesthemane, that was so touching that we searched for a link when we got home. Here's the site thanks to DD#4

Listening as I type. Moving song.
I wish I could go to church with you!
Happy day to your dear Dad.
